Eleven Days To Go: 'Sex and the City' Movie Ticket Scalper Watch

It’s an event four years in the making: the Sex and the City (TWC) movie hits theaters on May 30. How desperate are fans for a first look? MainStreet checked NYC’s Craigslist to see who is hawking tickets and who is begging for seats at the May 27 New York premiere.

In the mood for some new Manolos? If you’re lucky enough to have tickets for the premiere and can stand to wait a few days, some deep-pocketed fellas are trying to make their girlfriends very, very happy. (Note: MainStreet cannot vouch for the validity of the tickets advertised below.

Tuesday, May 20:
Selling For: $2,400 – at least!
Seller Says: “Wow the responses have been overwhelming for these premiere tickets. I still have them since my e-mail box looks like a bidding war on e-bay [sic]. As of right now my highest offer has been 2400 so I felt it necessary to make that public in case anyone wants to make an offer.”
